After regaining my freedom in 2000, I moved to Fort Collins, CO 2001 to attend Colorado State University to complete my bachelor degree in Human Development and Family Studies graduating Magna Cum Laude in May 2003. After a LONG search, I landed a great job with as an investigator for a company doing background clearances for government employment positions. I love this job! I get to work from home, and it is stimulating and interesting, and I actually have a future. I love living in Colorado, the weather, the people, the mountains, the bike trails. I have 2 grand-kids in North Carolina I am able to visit 1-2 times per year. My still independent parents live in the same town. I have just “re-launched” my son, Sean, to complete his long sought after academic goals after having him with me for an extended visit. Thanks to him, I have discovered the fun of bicycling for fitness. I love my new life and look forward to many changes and continued growth.
